Impeccably designed with exposed beams, polished concrete floors, and a stunning 25’ lofted sassafras ceiling, you’ll host up to 500 guests in style with plenty of room to meet, eat, and dance. Carmon’s will elevate your gathering with customized lighting, premium amenities, and available planning professionals to make every detail flawless.

All participating vendors as well as attendees will get a raffle ticket for the opportunity to win a 4-day and 3-night trip for 2 adults to Las Vegas or Lake Tahoe*!

Wedding Vendor Registration
All participating vendors will check-in to ensure we are ready for all of our couples on time! Learn more about what is included in your vendor ticket with our information sheet.
2PM – 5PM
Wedding Showcase Presented by Carmon’s
Say Yes (again!) to get your general admission ticket for the ultimate 3-hour wedding showcase. A premier experience for knowledgeable tips, professional vendors, interactive pop up, immersive wedding designs and inspiration everywhere for your dream wedding day!
5:30PM – 7PM
The Busy Bee Social
For our participating showcase vendors only, take advantage of having your industry professional peers all in one room, with a post showcase networking event. Includes wine, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and appetizers. (Included in your ticket purchase.)
Hotel Accommodations
The Hyatt Place in downtown Champaign will be offering participating showcase vendors & attendees discounted room rates, when booking your room(s) for this weekend only.
